PADAWAN: Datuk Dr Jerip Susil has approved an allocation of RM50,000 under the Minor Rural Project (MRP) for the St Matthew Church Kampung Bunuk committee members.
The Deputy Minister for Transport (Aviation and Roads) announced this at the 50th anniversary dinner of the church here recently.
Earlier, Dr Jerip, who is also the Mambong assemblyman, inaugurated the church cemetery road, which was completed under the Rural Transformation programme for the Mambong constituency.
Also present were Kampung Segu Bunuk Association president Gabriel Tommy, St Matthew Church Kampung Bunuk chairman Noel Samuel, Kampung Segu Bunuk village head Cassidy Teka, Kampung Sorot village head Midah Juh and Kampung Sumur Bunuk village head Durit Moteng.
