LUNDU: In efforts to cheer up as well as make the Christmas Day celebration more meaningful, Yayasan Kebajikan Negara (YKN) Malaysia donated a total of 100 food baskets to those who are celebrating at Tanjong Datu constituency.

Minister of Women, Family and Community Development Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said that YKN was established to improve the standard of living of the people, especially those involving families and children.

“To achieve this goal, YKN has consistently held and will hold various activities and programmes covering the fields of welfare and compassion as well as education,” she said.\

Nancy also expressed her gratitude to Tanjong Datu assemblyman Azizul Annuar Adenan for organising the programme.

“I would like to thank all the residents of Tanjong Datu who have always given their full support to me throughout the 15th general election (GE15) campaign,” she said.
