LUNDU: Some 30 higher learning institutions (IPT) students as well as 52 outstanding students in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) for 2021 at Tanjong Datu constituency received incentives on Friday (Dec 16).

Its assemblyman, Azizul Annuar Adenan stressed that the development of the constituency depended on the quality of its youths.

“This is why we provide this incentive. The incentive was meant to inject enthusiasm to the students to continue learning to a higher level and achieve glory in the chosen field,” he said.

He said this in his speech during the Christmas Donation, Outstanding Student Incentives 2021/2022 and Donations presentation session to IPT 2022 Tanjong Datu constituency in the Multipurpose Hall of Mahligai Gading Lundu.

During the same programme, a total of 32 people from the asnaf group as well as 20 children who celebrate Christmas also received donations.

“We will continue giving this donation during every festival for the underprivileged as well as all constituents in Tanjong Datu.
