MIRI: More infrastructure development will be implemented in Telang Usan and Mulu constituencies to accelerate the local economy via the Highland Development Agency (HDA).

He said the government was committed to ensuring that the northern region will not be left behind in terms of development.

Speaking during a dinner at Piasau Boat Club in Miri on Friday celebrating the victory of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) in the last state election, Gerawat who is also Mulu assemblyman, said more areas in Baram will be developed to reverse some rural-urban migration.
