KUCHING: Head of State, Tun Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud yesterday received a courtesy call from the Vice Chancellor of United College of Technology Sarawak (UCTS), Prof. Dato’ Dr Abdul Hakim Juri at Istana Negeri here.
Such a call was aimed at inviting Taib, who is the Chancellor of UTCS, to the Second Convocation of UCTS to be held on October 7 at RH Hotel, Sibu.
Also present during the call was Minister of International Trade and E-Commerce and Second Finance Minister, Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh, who is also Chairman of Edusar Resource Sdn Bhd.
