MIRI: A cobra slithered its way into a house in Desa Murni Lorong 2C on Tuesday night (September 1).
The spine-chilling incident was captured by a security camera at the house. The house owner, a woman in her 30s, was stunned when she checked on the video footage and immediately summoned the Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) for help.
According to APM Miri officer Captain (PA) Usman Harto, three APM personnel, who rushed to the scene after receiving a call, managed to secure the house in less than 10 minutes.
The venomous snake was found hiding among piles of boxes at the back of the house.
