Mohd Azman's visit to Mukah IPD on Aug 9 (Tuesday).

KUCHING: In efforts to further enhance working ties, Sarawak Police Commissioner Datuk Mohd Azman Ahmad Sapri has made a working visit to the Mukah District Police Headquarters (IPD) on Aug 9 (Tuesday).

His visit was marked with the inspection of the guard-of-honour and salute at the Mukah District Police Headquarters.

He was also introduced by Mukah District Police Chief DSP Muhamad Rizal Alias ​​to all divisional chiefs and police station chiefs under the Mukah IPD administration.

Apart from signing the Visitors’ Book, he also held a session to present Letters of Appreciation and a briefing in the meeting room.

At the meeting, a total of 11 officers and personnel received Letters of Appreciation from Mohd Azman for their excellent work and long service in Mukah IPD.

The Sarawak commissioner also delivered a speech to encourage all the staff and personnel of Mukah IPD to be able to continue to provide the best service to the community.

In addition to that, he said a strong integrity and commitment are key factors in forming a more trusted and respected Royal Malaysia Police force.

In conjunction with the official working visit to IPD Mukah, Mohd Azman also took the opportunity to visit a cultural place in Mukah, which is the Lamin Dana located in Kampung Tellian Tradisi, to appreciate the culture and customs of the Melanau people.

Among members of the entourage were PERKEP Sarawak contingent chairman Datin Nassariah Mohd Nassir, Sarawak Deputy Police Commissioner Datuk Mancha Ata, SAC Gilberd Phillip Layang and ACP Zulkifli Abu Bakar.
