Workshop aims to ensure top-tier service delivery

MIRI: The Public Works Department (PWD) Sarawak held a three-day workshop to enhance its customer satisfaction survey methodologies and ensure top-tier service delivery to the public.

According to its statement, the workshop was participated by senior principal assistant directors and divisional engineers, key stakeholders responsible for shaping the department’s service quality.

PWD Sarawak director Datuk Richard Tajan pointed out that the workshop was organised to achieve PWD’s objectives which are improving the existing survey techniques, and enhancing understanding among senior officers.

“We recognise that continuously improving our service delivery is essential to meeting the evolving needs of the public.

“This workshop served as a platform for us to synergise efforts, exchange insights, and chart a course towards enhancing our customer satisfaction initiatives,” he said.

He added that through collaborative workshops and strategic planning sessions, PWD Sarawak remains committed to advancing its mission of delivering quality services that positively impact the lives of Sarawakians.
