MUKAH: Another 384 food baskets under the Bantuan Khas Sarawakku Sayang (BKSS) 6.0 package were distributed to 17 longhouses near here on Wednesday (June 9).
Tellian constituency Service Centre special officer Felix Pieng, representing Tellian assemblyman Yussibnosh Balo, handed over the items to the centre’s volunteers prior to the distribution to the respective longhouses.
Felix said the aid was part of 4,973 food baskets prepared for the Tellian constituency.
The simple handover ceremony held at the compound of a shopping centre here was also attended by Tellian branch Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu Women head Saripah Maardiah and Tellian constituency Service Centre staff Lynciaana Lutter.
