KUCHING: The Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) of Kampung Bukit Kudi is appealing to residents around the area to donate blood on Saturday (Jan 29).
The village’s first blood donation programme is a joint effort between the JKKK and the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) Blood Bank and is being organised in conjunction with the approaching Chinese New Year celebration.
The event at Surau Nurul Hijrah from 9 am to 2 pm will also help spread awareness on the importance donating blood.
