KUCHING:  AIA Bhd’s new Customer Centre and Agency Office here is now open, reinforcing the insurer’s commitment and continuous investment to solidify its presence in Sarawak.

Located in Milan Square, Jalan Wan Alwi, the new centre is a result of a merger between two of its offices previously located in Jalan Song Thian Cheok and Jalan Rubber.

The centre functions as a hub to 33 of AIA’s agency leaders, 150 life planners and growing a customer base of 45,000.

AIA Bhd’s chief executive officer Ben Ng officiated at its opening.

The centre has been designed to provide greater convenience and experience to customers, as AIA steps up its effort in helping them achieve a healthier, longer and better life.

The agency office, which is located on the first to third floors, features the first open concept office for AIA in East Malaysia.

It has two specially-designed collaborative areas as part of the insurer’s commitment to the continuous development of its Life Planner force in Kuching.
