MOHAMAD and Wong join students at Khatam Al-Quran Khatam event, SJKC Min Syn Saratok.

SARATOK: Al-Quran is a comprehensive guide for humanity in achieving and honouring the pinnacle of knowledge in life.

Kalaka assemblyman Mohamad Duri said that the Al-Quran, revealed to Prophet Muhammad SAW over 23 years through Angel Gabriel, touches upon various aspects of social norms, worship, inheritance, family matters, national administration and development, education, and economic principles.

“All of this content remains a superior and eternal source of reference until the Day of Judgment,” Mohamad said, citing the clarity and guidance of the Qur’an, as stated in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse two.

He was speaking at the inauguration of the Khatam Al-Quran SJKC Min Syn Saratok 2023/2024 session recently.

He further stressed that an understanding and appreciation of the Qur’an’s teachings inspire and encourage efforts to seek closeness to God and excel in all knowledge fields.

Mohamad also pointed out the significance of the Khatam programme in strengthening leadership and community bonds, particularly in the Saratok. He urged the community, especially Muslims, to unite and collaborate to reinforce unity and face challenges collectively.
