Australian higher education delegates visit UNIMAS

SAMARAHAN: The Australian Higher Education Institutions delegates visited Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) on Yesterday (Sept 8).

Vice Chancellor Professor Datuk Dr Mohamad Kadim Suaidi said UNIMAS was indeed privileged and honoured to be selected as one of the venues for the Australian Higher Education Institutions familiarisation visit to Malaysia.

He said the visit was organised by Education Malaysia Division of the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE).

“We would like to take this opportunity to welcome future potential partnerships between UNIMAS and esteemed institutions from Australia.

“We believe through collaborations, we will be able to intensify our efforts and programmes for the benefits of our students, academics, and the global community,” he said.

He thanked Education Consul Malaysia Australia, Consulate of Malaysia Dr Fahmi Abdul Rahim who led the delegates to UNIMAS.

He also lauded UNIMAS Global led by director Associate Professor Dr Shanti Faridah Salleh and her team members for organising the significant engagement.
