MUKAH: Abdul Abdul Yakub Arbi, Balingian assemblyman, managed to retain his post as the president of the Mukah Melanau Association for the 2022 to 2024 term.

At the annual general meeting (AGM) of the association held at the Kingwood Hotel on Saturday (Feb 19), Royston Valentine, Tellian assemblyman, unanimously elected for the post of deputy president.

Mazira Ramli is the new secretary general while her assistant is Nur Syafika Jafni Iffanji.

Pengiran Saifudin Pengiran Mahtar is honorary treasurer while his assistant is Ardyman Matan.

Meanwhile, the committee members are Ali Hamid, penghulu Mahmut Jakriah, Dayang Siri Norjanah Abang Mon, Nur Afidah Akim, Harapi Charles Inggu, Penghulu John Andrew Buda, Councilor Jay Keram and Winnie Wena Dominic Lai.
