BINTULU: The Bintulu Development Authority (BDA) handed over a business tithe (zakat) amounting to RM1 million for the financial year ending in 2023 to the Tabung Baitulmal Sarawak (TBS).
A brief handover ceremony was held at the office of the Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg at Wisma Bapa, Petra Jaya, on Friday (April 5).
The BDA was represented by its general manager, Datuk Muhammad Yakup Kari, accompanied by secretary Wan Ibrahim Wan Ali and several senior officials.
Meanwhile, TBS was represented by its general manager, Datuk Abang Mohd Shibli Abang Mohd Nailie, along with his senior officials.
