KUCHING: All female staff, including wives of Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM) staff, are urged to register as members of ‘Persatuan Suri dan Anggota Wanita Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia’ (Puspanita).

Datin Norlin Shamsul Bahri, the wife of KKMM minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah as well as Puspanita KKMM branch patron, said the association was focused and concerned with the welfare of members, including their family members, and children’s education.

“Puspanita is not just an association but through it, it is able to strengthen the relationship between the KKMM staff, including the wives.

“Therefore, members who face problems are asked to come forward to make it easier for Puspanita to extend their assistance,” she said, hoping that every activity at the central level would also be held at the state branch.

On Friday (July 10), Norlin paid a visit to Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) Kuching before making her first visit to Puspanita Sarawak branch where she interacted with KKMM staff and presented donations to 12 recipients.
