KUCHING: The police are conducting a comprehensive investigation regarding the death of a 22-year-old female student at an entertainment centre here.
According to Kuching police chief ACP Ahsmon Bajah, a special investigation team has been established to conduct a thorough investigation from all aspects and possibilities.
“The investigation is ongoing, and the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) will refer the investigation papers to the Sarawak State Attorney General’s Department for a recommendation for an inquest as soon as the investigation is concluded.
“Therefore, the public is advised not to make any speculations, assumptions, or comments that could interfere with the investigation,” he said.
