KUCHING: The Sarawak Society for the Deaf (SSD) will be embarking on a fundraising drive from April to June.

According to a statement, the funds raised would be used to help members develop their skills to become, among others, artists, graphic designers and accountants as well as support women in their micro business endeavour.

“We hope the public, corporate bodies and organisations support the SSD Sponsor Booklet 2021.

“The designs are done by Ernest Ting, Yeo Suh Chan and Azizan Nor.

“The booklets can be obtained from our office from Mondays to Fridays at 12pm from Lau.”

Organisations that donate RM1,000 and above would get the company logo or slogan printed on the back of the T-shirt.

Meanwhile, SSD also provides sign language courses for the public and corporate companies.
