TEBEDU: Local assemblyman Dr Simon Sinang Bada wants the Health Clinic here to make a ‘wish list’ and hand it to the Tebedu Constituency Service Centre immediately.

“This is to enable appropriate action to be taken,” he said, pointing out that it is responsible for a total of 7,109 residents or 1,356 families from the area.

During a visit to the clinic on Monday (Jan 24) Dr Sinang the lack of facilities at the clinic would therefore be given attention to provide the best health services to the people.

According to a report by the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (UKAS), he also wants former Tebedu assemblyman Datuk Amar Michael Manyin Jawong’s plan to construct a new health clinic in Tebedu to be realised.

The same goes for the proposed construction of the Tebedu Fire Station and Tebedu Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security Complex (ICQS), he said.

“I agree that the three proposals for the health clinic, fire station, and ICQS are under the federal government.

“However, as assemblyman for the Tebedu constituency, I also have the right to voice the issue at the State Legislative Assembly (DUN) sitting in February,” said Dr Sinang.
