KUCHING: Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) 15th general election (GE15) manifesto will provide a clear pathway and specific direction on where Sarawak is heading to by the year 2030, said Datuk Snowdan Lawan.

The Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) Youth chief also said the manifesto based on the five pillars, 25 thrusts and 215 commitments that GPS would undertake, all segments of the society especially those in the B40, M40, laymen, business people, rural residents, working class, students and many more will benefit from the facilities and infrastructures which have been promised.

“The utmost and key content in the manifesto is ensuring Sarawak’s stability, progress, and prosperity.

“Why? This is because our leaders foresee the importance of political stability and the co-existence that prevails in this multi-ethnic society. This is reflected in the GPS partners’ composition itself,” he said in a statement.

He added Sarawakians must be steadfast in defending GPS because in the manifesto there are at least 10 good reasons why GPS must be retained.

“Therefore, it is only fair that a right-minded Sarawakians vote for GPS because we are on the right track, with the right leadership to fulfil the manifesto.

“And winning big in this GE15 would enhance our position in fighting for our rights as stipulated in Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63),” said Snowdan.
