KUCHING: Ten students from Kolej Datuk Patinggi Abang Haji Abdillah in Kuching will represent Team Malaysia in the Singapore Int e rnat iona l Mathemat i c s Olympiad Competition (SIMOC) 2018 on July 7, 2018 in Singapore.
Yestereday afternoon the students who are from Form Two, Three and Five, accompanied by their teachers, paid a courtesy on the Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Abang Haji (Dr) Abang Haji Johari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg at his office in the Dewan Undangan Negeri building in Petra Jaya.
During the visi t the Chief Minister presented the team with the national and state colours and a sponsorship grant of RM15,000. The competition is an annual event with participation from countries all across Asia.
