KUCHING: A Swedish tourist had her handbag snatched on Sunday afternoon at Jalan Green Hill in Kuching.
The victim, a 42-year-old architect, said she was standing waiting for friends outside a coffee shop when a motorcyclist came from behind and grabbed her handbag.
The terrified tourist was too shock to do anything. She lost her driver’s licence, passport, cash of RM800, handphone, cosmetic and other personal documents.
In another case, a marketing manager staying at Jalan Stutong Baru, Stampin said on Monday at about 7.30 am, he woke up to find his car parked outside his house vandalised. His windscreen was broken.
He said missing were documents left in his car and cash amounting to RM1,400.
Police are investigating.
