KUCHING: Police found no evidence of gambling activities in two apartment units in Jalan Stutong here despite receiving public information that gambling was rampant there.
Kuching district police chief ACP Ahsmon Bajah said the apartment was raided around 6 pm on Wednesday after a video went viral on social media.
“Following close monitoring and investigation and a raid on the two units, police found no gambling activity in the apartment.
He said police earlier received two reports from the public.
