KUCHING: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg yesterday (Sept 28) received a courtesy call from outgoing Consul-General of the Republic of Indonesia, Yonny Tri Praitno.
The visit took place at Abang Johari’s office on the 22nd Floor of Wisma Bapa Malaysia.
Yonny expressed his gratitude for all the assistance and cooperation provided by the state to Indonesia, especially assistance to West Kalimantan and North Kalimantan, during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Yonny began his stint as Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia on Aug 10, 2018 and will end his official duties tomorrow (Sept 30).
