PAS and Bersatu have received nearly 20,000 new membership applications within a five-month period this year.
According to Secretary-General of PAS, Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan, PAS has already approved over 3,000 new memberships in just two months, which includes former leaders and members of Umno.
These numbers surpass Umno’s addition of 13,442 new members from January 1 to June 6, this year, as reported by Umno’s secretary-general,Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki.
