KUCHING: Members of the public are encouraged to attend the launching ceremony of ‘Ops Selamat’ Christmas and the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) Customer’s Day to be held next week in Padawan.
The ceremony organised by PDRM Sarawak Contingent, will be held on Dec 18 (Wednesday) at Siburan Hall, Padawan from 9.30am.
State police commissioner Datuk Ramli Din said that the ceremony would be a platform for the community to voice out their needs.
“This will be an effort to reach out to the public in order to provide the best service and ensure that PDRM’s service delivery is enhanced.”
On the day itself, there would be discounts up to 50 percent on all types of traffic summonses that are eligible for reductions.
Those who have outstanding summonses can take this opportunity to pay them at Siburan Hall, Padawan.
