KUCHING: Political secretary to the Chief Minister Tan Kai represented Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian in presenting a grant from the state government to Perkata Special School here, recently.
Tan Kai said the cheque was to help the school to run its activities. On hand to receive the cheque was principal Doreen Tie Chin Bing.
