Rep visits Bazaarnita Fatimah


DALAT: Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah visited Bazaarnita Fatimah here today (Wednesday).

She was there to check the building which had been proposed for upgrading.

Dalat district officer Kueh Lei Poh and Parti Pesaka Buiputera Bersatu (PBB) Dalat branch deputy chairman Sait Seman were present.

Fatimah, who is also Dalat assemblywoman, had previously proposed the upgrading of the building for the comfort of women traders there.

Fatimah had played a major role in the development of Bazaarnita Fatima which provided economic opportunities for women to generate incomes for their families.

Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg declared open Bazaarnita Fatimah at the end of last year together with Dalat Waterfront Phase Two.
