SARATOK: A total of RM500,000 is allocated to the Kalaka constituency for a minor rural project. This pertains to Sarawak Poor Home Improvement Project (MRP-PPRMS) Phase 1 in 2022 under the Sarawak Economic Planning Unit (EPU).

In a news report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (UKAS), Kalaka assemblyman Mohamad Duri alongside local community leaders were briefed by Saratok district officer Haron Mahidi on the eligibility requirements and scope of implementation of the project at the N38 Kalaka Service Centre yesterday.

The cost to repair is proposed at RM15,000 for each project and the implementing contractors will also be thoroughly selected to avoid problems during project implementation.
