KUCHING: The second series of the Women Fit Community Programme was held at the Kebajikan Complex Hall, Dalat.
This programme aims to encourage more women to get involved in fitness activities and adopt an active lifestyle in line with the government’s desire to make Malaysia a Sports Nation.
It was jointly organised by the Mukah Division Youth and Sports Office and the Dalat District Social Welfare Office.
A very encouraging participation was shown by women in Dalat district with zumba activities enlivening the hall.
The programme was attended by Royston Valentine, the state assemblyman for Tellian.
Also present at the event were Mohammad Arbi Rosli and Awang Mohamad Pakar Awang Abdul Wahab representing their respective offices.
