KUCHING: Regent of Pahang Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah Ibni Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah commenced his five-day visit to Kuching today (Jan 15).
His arrival at Kuching International Airport (KIA) at 2.47 pm was warmly received by Deputy Minister of Energy and Environment, Datuk Dr. Hazland Abang Hipni, among other dignitaries.
Deputy Secretary of the Sarawak Government (Administration) Datuk Buckland Bangik was also present to welcome Tengku Hassanal.
Tengku Hassanal’s itinerary is packed with visits to Petroleum Sarawak Berhad (PETROS), the Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB) Tower, and the innovative Algae Nursery Site at Resintech SEDC.
Additionally, he is scheduled to attend a Dinner Reception tomorrow (Jan 16) evening at a renowned hotel.
