MIRI:  Piasau assemblyman Datuk Sebastian Ting and fellow assemblymen Datuk Sri Lee Kim Shin (Senadin) and Adam Yii (Pujut) are pushing hard for Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) to be represented at federal level here.

To do so it is crucial for the constituents in Miri to give GPS candidate Jeffery Phang a win on Nov 19.

They are convinced Phang is the best candidate as he ticked all the boxes  in terms of capability to bring Miri forward.

Ting said they needed Phang to win to complete the team which he dubbed as ‘3 plus One’ team.

Lee who felt likewise said a strong and capable team of leaders is what Miri needs to achieve the Miri Greater Plan 2030.

“For the past 10 years, Miri was held under the opposition, what did we get … nothing…we have the team in Miri (Piasau, Senadin and Pujut), but it is incomplete, thus I urge voters in Miri seat to give Phang a chance to serve you all,” he added.

Meanwhile, Yii said Sarawakians should trust GPS to do its best for the state  given the fact that the party has a proven track record.

He called on voters here to thus give their undivided support to Phang.
