SIBU: A seminar aimed at helping the local community tap into the lucrative vending machine business was held here Saturday (Sept 2).
It also gave the 110 seminar participants insights on generating passive income.
The seminar was jointly organised by F&J Smart Marketing Global Sdn Bhd, Goldmind Evolution Sdn Bhd, and local company, Borneo MA Smart Vendors Sdn Bhd.
“The organisation of this entrepreneurship seminar is timely as it can enlighten and inspire our colleagues in Sibu to seize this golden opportunity,” said Borneo MA Smart Vendors Sdn Bhd managing director Andenson Dato.
He Andenson said that vending machine entrepreneurship is ideal for those seeking part-time opportunities to generate passive income, providing financial security in case of job loss or reduced working capacity.
“The vending machine business will not disturb your full time job. The business’s convenience lies in the fact that the company handles all aspects, from maintenance to service and location management,” he said.
He encouraged participants to share the knowledge gained at the seminar with their acquaintances, as many might be interested in enhancing their family’s financial resources through passive income.
