KOTA SAMARAHAN: A total of 153 first-year medical students with Unimas have been placed with foster families in Kampung Tradisi Mang here to expose them to village lifestyle.

The students were introduced to their foster families, 40 altogether, at the Student Adoption Handing Over programme, held at the Dewan Seminar Pusat Islam Tun Abang Salahuddin (PITAS), Unimas recently.

Unimas Alumni and Student Affairs deputy vice chancellor Prof Datuk Mohd Fadzil Abdul Rahman officiated at the ceremony.
