KUCHING: The 2024 International Cat Show is scheduled for the first week of September next year.

The Deputy Minister of Utility and Telecommunication, Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Junaidi, announced the date ahead of time to give participants, especially cat enthusiasts, ample preparation time.

“I can officially confirm that the Kuching City North City Commission (DBKU) International Cat Show will take place in the first week of September 2024. The early announcement is to help participants plan ahead,” said Dr Abdul Rahman.

He thanked all the organisers and acknowledged the government’s support in ensuring the two-day event ran smoothly.

“I’m confident that this event can draw more visitors to Kuching. The DBKU has held this event annually since 2008, and we hope it continues to benefit all attendees,” he added.
