SARIKEI: A patient bed can provide much-needed comfort to those who are bedbound. However, some may not be able to afford such equipment, especially at a time of an economic crisis.
Driven by concern and care to its people, Repok assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii contributed patient beds to two individuals in need.
The two recipients were Tiong Tong Moi, 88, residing in the Sungai Merudu area and Chan Kai Fei, 80, residing at Jalan Keli.
The patient beds were delivered and installed by the Repok Service Centre team respectivelyin their outreach welfare operation, led by Penghulu Huang Tiong Kang on behalf of the assemblyman, on Tuesday.
