LAWAS: The state government had approved many allocations for 2020 such as the Micro-Credit Loan Scheme that the people of Lawas could benefit from, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan.
“Apart from that, under the Northern Region Development Authority (NRDA) we will also replace the wooden jetties in Kampung Pemukat with cement (concrete) ones,” he added.
Awang Tengah revealed these while officiating at the 2nd edition of the 9-a-side Football Championship Putra Cup Final and the Putra Fun Ride 2019 in Kampung Pemukat yesterday.
He advised the residents to cooperate with one another and to support all programmes of the state government for the development of the state.
Also present at the event were Lawas MP Datuk Henry Sum Agong and Limbang Resident Ahmad Denny Ahmad Fauzi.
