KUCHING: PSB Properties, the management company for Green Heights Mall, has secured local supermarket chain Everrise as its anchor tenant.
A signing ceremony was witnessed by associates, tenants, the neighbourhood committee and the media yesterday between Green Heights Mall and Everrise.
The supermarket name was revealed by a creative launching gimmick that featured a giant grocery tin can that released balloons bearing the Everrise logo.
After months of speculation and rumours, the new anchor tenant was finally revealed at the quirky ceremony at Green Heights Mall.
Everrise is scheduled to open in mid 2019 at Green Heights Mall and promises to give customers a cosy and premium environment to shop in. Everrise will occupy over 20,000 square feet on the ground floor of the mall.
