KUCHING: Arden City, a landmark development in Kota Samarahan, promises to redefining the township.

Ibraco Berhad chief marketing officer George Ting said that ‘Arden City’ spans 77.9 acres and is strategically located in the medical and education hub of Kota Samarahan especially its proximity to the SM05 ART station, accessible via a covered walkway.

Ting highlighted the recent improvements to the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway, including smart traffic lights replacing roundabouts, which have significantly reduced traffic congestion, benefiting the Arden City community.

Arden City encompasses five main components: office, healthcare, commercial, residential, and leisure.

“The first development within Arden City, The Atrium, is a three-storey commercial complex featuring 39 shop lots across six blocks. Located opposite the upcoming Sarawak Cancer Centre, The Atrium offers a mix of single and double frontage shops, catering to various business requirements,” said Ting in his speech during the launch of Ibraco Arden City at the Ibraco Gallery, at the Kuching-Kota Samarahan Expressway today (Jan 26).
