PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has been honoured with the ‘Gold Award’ for its digital leadership programme in the recently concluded Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Awards 2023.

This is the second consecutive year which witnessed MCMC winning the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Awards in its partnership with KNOLSKAPE.

It also saw MCMC being recognised in the ‘Best Advance in Gaming or Simulation Technology’ category for the ‘All-Star Development Programme.’

MCMC, in a statement today, said the commission aimed to strengthen its leadership team, particularly within department heads and directors, by focusing on two key areas, namely shifting the mindset toward outward ecosystem thinking and equipping participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to be Sustainable Leaders with Digital Leadership capabilities.

It said that together with KNOLSKAPE, it custom-designed the All-Star Development Programme as a launch pad for a three-year digital leadership journey to address the gaps in digital-ready leaders.
