DARO: A 35-year-old man in Kampung Lemang Pek who was reported missing since Thursday was found safe today.
The man who was said to have left his house on Thursday evening did not return home which prompted his fellow villagers to search for him near a cemetery where was last seen. He was not there.
Daro fire station which received information on the matter around 9.40am deployed some men to help in the search which was soon halted due to a downpour.
Then at 5pm after the rain subsided, rescuers found the man safe behind a mosque, about 800m from his house.
The firemen took him to a health clinic for check-up.
