KUCHING: Fifty cartons of drinking water, five cartons of instant cups noodles and 22 boxes of biscuits were presented to frontline workers and volunteers at the vaccination centre at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) today.

The donations were handed over by Kuching South City Council (MBKS) Mayor Datuk Wee Hong during a brief visit to the centre.

Wee applauded Unimas  on its well-organised and systematic system.

“The public will not be confused since they can simply follow the signs and if there is any problem, there are volunteers around who will assist.

“Thank you to all the frontliners and volunteers for your hard work and dedication. MBKS will continue to provide basic necessities such as drinking water and biscuits to the vaccination centre as requested,” he added.

Wee also reminded the public to come on the actual date and during the time specified in MySejahtera to avoid any problems during registration.

No walk-ins are permitted and individuals who come for the immunisation programme must always follow the instructions while waiting to be vaccinated.
