KUCHING: The State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) on Sunday revealed that six longhouses and two villages had been placed under the enhanced movement control order (EMCO).
The EMCO at three longhouses in Bintulu, namely Rumah (Rh) Belayong Buang, KM22 Jalan Bintulu-Tatau; Rh Fabian Jembu Tangi, Sg Setiam KM37, Jalan Pesisir Kuala Tatau; and Rh Chali Ugok, Batu 17, Jalan Bintulu-Miri is from Saturday (June 12) until June 25.
The EMCO at three places in Tatau, namely Kampung Dagang; Rh Enpawi Seriban, Sungai Kelawit, Jalan Tatau-Sibu; and Rh Itam Ujok, Sungai Kelawit, KM16, Jalan Tatau-Sibu is also effective from Saturday (June 12) until June 25.
SDMC added that the EMCO at Rh Umang, Jamit, Ulu Nunggang in Pakan would be from yesterday (June 13) until June 29 while the EMCO at Kampung Tabuan Haji Drahman in Kuching would be from today (Monday) until June 28.
The committee had also announced the end of the EMCO at two places in Bintulu, namely, Kuarters Almabumi Plantation Sdn Bhd, Ladang Bukit, Ulu Sebauh and Rumah Sewa Atas DD Mart, Sg Plan on June 12.
The EMCO at a longhouse in Sarikei, Rh Daisy, Skim B, Bintangor, will end on Monday (June 14).
