SIBU: About 20 former  pupils of SK Perbandaran Sibu No.4 here recently visited their alma

mater again for the first time in 30 years. The visitors, who were Primary Six pupils of the school in 1977, were led by businessman Tang Chok Teck.

They were warmly welcomed by the school headmistress, Wong Teck Nai. Tang told reporters he was impressed with the good facilities and infrastructure in the school.

He recalled that in 1977, the school had two English medium classes and two Mandarin classes.

He added that each class had more than 40 pupils then.
