Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan and delegates made their final leg of working visit on the proposed amendment on Strata Titles Ordinance in Singapore yesterday.
On hand to receive Awang Tengah and the delegates was Dean of Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Academy, Seow Kah Ping.
Cheah Li Min, the Executive Planner later gave a briefing on the Challenges and Strategies in Urban Development regarding Land Use Planning in Singapore.
The input and experience from URA would be taken into account in drafting the proposed amendment in a more comprehensive manner by the relevant agencies and department dealing with strata title development in Sarawak.
