BAU: There are more waterfalls and places of interest with great tourism potential uncovered in the district here.
One of them is the beautiful Kisak waterfall located not too far from Kampung Serikin.
Tasik Biru assemblyman Datuk Henry Harry Jinep has visited the said waterfall and has been informed there are more attractions that have yet to be explored within the surrounding locations.
Apart from the waterfall, the locals there also told him that near the border with Indonesia, people can enjoy the spectacle of stunning mountain view of the neighbouring country’s Siding province.
At the same time, Henry also noted there are many attractions that have their own uniqueness to be further promoted so that these can be developed into spots of tourist attraction.
Later, Henry also approved allocation from his minor rural project (MRP) fund to build a hut for visitors coming to the area.
