KUCHING: A four-wheel drive vehicle (4WD) caught fire while it was parked at Taman Sri Perkasa 3, Petra Jaya this morning (Sept 18).
The vehicle suffered about 80 per cent damages to its front and cabin parts.
Firemen from Petra Jaya station were despatched to the scene to extinguish the blaze after receiving a distress call around 6.40am.
There were no reports of injuries or casualties in the incident.
The fire was put out around 7.35am and the cause of the incident is still under investigation.
