KUCHING: The decision by former state PKR chief Baru Bian and former Stampin PKR branch chief See Chee How to join Parti Sarawak Bersatu (PSB) proves the inconsistency of their political struggle.

It also reflects their lack of political principles, said Jemoreng assemblyman Datuk Dr Juanda Jaya when commenting on the announcement by PSB president Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh in welcoming the two into PSB today.

Baru, who is Selangau MP and Ba Kelalan assemblyman, and See, who is Batu Lintang assemblyman, are scheduled to officially announce their decision to join PSB at a press conference at PSB headquarters today.

“They only think of their own political survival or vested interest in the political arena. This is not the first for Baru Bian. He has been party-hopping several times already. It (this hopping and the previous ones) shows no difference except for personal gains,” he told Suara Sarawak in an interview.

As for See, Juanda said he did not have much option but to save his political career.

“Both are now without a ship (partyless). Whatever it is, I wish them all the best with their new comrades in arms who previously were their political foes,” he added.
