BAU: Sarawakians especially Tasik Biru constituents are called to continue supporting the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) in its effort to defend the state’s rights.

In making this call, Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Henry Harry Jinep said their support in the 15th general election (GE15) will be important to ensure that the state government has a strong voice in Parliament.

“This will allow the GPS-led government to continue reclaim the state’s rights as enshrined in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63),” he said during a Majlis Santai Bersama Pemimpin held at Kampung Badul Multipurpose Hall, Singai, recently.

Henry, who is also Tasik Biru assemblyman announced an allocation of RM80,000 under the Rural Transformation Project (RTP) for the renovation of the multipurpose hall.

He also approved an allocation of RM10,000 under the Minor Rural Project (MRP) for the annual activities of the Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) of Kampung Badul.
