SPAOH: Saribas assemblyman Mohammad Razi Sitam hopes that the project to upgrade Masjid Kampung Manggut in Spaoh, Betong would be implemented according to the project specifications.

During the handover of the RM200,000 project to the contractor on Monday, he requested the contractor to complete the project according to the set timeline as to avoid unwanted issues from rising.

According to a report by the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), the project involves the construction of a fence and parking lot for the mosque.

Mohammad Razi then also attended the symbolic handover of a similar project for Masjid Kampung Serabang for a RM60,000 project involving the construction of a fence for the mosque.

He was briefed by the Public Works Department (JKR) on the implementation of the project.

In Pusa, he inspected the proposed site for the construction of a new futsal court at Kampung Tuie.

He hoped that matters involving land ownership for the project would be resolved smoothly to ensure that the project can be implemented.
